Once you've decided individual design is for you, we move to our 60-90 minute initial consultation. This is an opportunity to uncover into who you are as an individual, why your goals are important to you, your history, lifestyle and nutrition, to start the process of building out your individual design.
Every client has a physical assessment, starting with a movement screen, and depending on you and your goals setting baselines in strength and capacity. As you move through your training these will be revisited to ensure you are making expected progress, and create insight and guidance for programming moving forwards.
Programming is delivered through the CoachRx app, you'll receive your daily individual program on your phone, with video demonstrations and detailed instructions where required. As you work through and complete your session you will log your results, upload video footage for review where needed or requested, and provide your feedback for the session. This information directs the following week of training, as well as provides context for the next consultation.
Training is only part of the equation. Based on your initial consultation and continued coach conversations, we will build a picture of where your lifestyle focuses need to be to better support your goals, and develop an individual nutrition strategy specific to you. The priority in both areas is not to overhaul your life, rather it is to meet you where you are at, and help build long term, sustainable practices.
